| Step
1 |

Pour a simple floating concrete perimeter with a channel to receive
the arches. (If you will be using a flat foundation, base connectors
are recommended.) |
| Step
2 |

Assemble arches on the ground. The precision-made arch panels
bolt together quickly and easily with only one-size bolt and fastener.
Caulking and neoprene washers ensure a weather-tight seal. |
| Step
3 |

Slide arches into foundation channels and raise upright. If only
assembling and erecting half-arches, use basic supports or scaffolding
to hold them in place and speed-up erection process. |
| Step
4 |

Arches are raised and progressively joined together. Precision
engineering ensures a snug fit. Half-arches can be lapped and
bolted together to make a full arch. |
| Step
5 |

Seal the arches at their base with concrete for foundations with
channels or bolt them to the optional base connectors (for flat
foundations). |
